Registration has been closed.

The 4-week support group that helps grievers with

hands-on activities and a mindful approach

In this 4-session course, participants will learn about a mindful practice that helps them cope with their emotional roller coaster. Through hands-on activities, they will connect their feelings and express their private thoughts. Active mourning in a safe environment will build resilience and cultivate healing. In the last session, participants will create a vision for their future and plan the first few steps toward achieving it.

This support group is limited to a small number of participants to build intimacy.
